I just found out I was pregnant and I've been using acne creams (Clindamycin and Tretinoin) and a multi-vitamin. Now that I'm pregnant, should I stop using them? What can I use instead of Tretinoin? Should I switch to prenatal vitamins? Do I need to limit my caffeine intake, and if so, how much is okay? I'm around 5 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing a 'pulling' feeling on my right side. Is that normal?

I am 34 almost 35 weeks pregnant and experiencing painful Braxton Hicks contractions with severe back pain on the lower right side, which has been worsening and is mainly sharp/stabbing. The back pain started a few days ago and is almost unbearable at night, making it hard to walk. Tylenol does not help, and neither does applying heat or ice. What could be causing the severe back pain, and when will the Braxton Hicks subside?

I am 26 weeks pregnant and have been getting frequent UTIs from GBS. I have taken three doses of antibiotics (Furabid nitrofurontine twice and amoxicillin once) with no success. My urine still has a lot of leucocytes and microscopic blood stains. What should I do to get rid of the infection? I am concerned about the potential harm of too many antibiotic doses to the baby.
