I am roughly 6/7 weeks pregnant and have had brown discharge for almost a week. Cramping lasted for 3 days but is gone and wasn’t painful, just persistent. I still have pregnancy symptoms like sore breasts and nausea. Does this sound typical for an early miscarriage?

I experienced abnormal vaginal bleeding that was lighter than a light flow but slightly heavier than spotting.
