I am roughly 6/7 weeks pregnant and have had brown discharge for almost a week. Cramping lasted for 3 days but is gone and wasn’t painful, just persistent. I still have pregnancy symptoms like sore breasts and nausea. Does this sound typical for an early miscarriage?

I have a lump about the size of a small grape in my vagina near the cervix. My sexual partner was tested before we started having sex. I use the NuvaRing as my birth control. We had sex last night and the lump was not there. I noticed it because the nuvaring seemed to be hooked on the lump and made it difficult to remove. Any ideas on what might be wrong?
