I have sore nipples and sharp lower abdominal cramps, which have been present for about two days. I had an early period last week due to hormonal imbalance after taking Plan B. My next period is supposed to be in 10 days. I'm also stressed about school and the possibility of being pregnant, even though I know I'm not. Is this just PMS symptoms, and should I consider taking birth control pills?

I have been taking Tri-Lo Sprintec regularly at 9:55pm. This past Monday, I vomited at 1:25am after taking the pill at 9:55pm. On Wednesday, I took the pill at 1:30am, which was 3.5 hours late. On Thursday, I took the pill at the correct time, meaning I took two pills in one day. Additionally, I experienced a stomach virus on Saturday, vomiting twice 18 hours after taking the pill and having diarrhea. Should I be concerned about the risk of pregnancy for this upcoming month?
