What should I do if I missed a couple of active pills and then got my period during week 3 instead of my sugar pill week?

I had sex with a questionable person nine months ago and recently experienced persistent light brown discharge with tiny dark brown strings, cystic acne, thinning hair, and pain around my ovaries. I haven't had a period in three years due to a birth control implant, and I've had BV and yeast infections treated online. What could be causing these symptoms?

I have been experiencing a constant, watery yellow discharge from my vagina since yesterday afternoon. I have soaked three pads today and the discharge does not have a strong odor, possibly smelling a bit like penicillin. I had unprotected sex with my husband three days ago and I am exclusively breastfeeding my 12-week-old baby. My last period was 12 weeks ago and I did a pH test which came back dark blue (7). Is this discharge indicative of a yeast infection or something else?

My FSH is 1.1 and my LH is 7.5. I am concerned about these levels and want to check for PCOS. My insulin, blood sugar, and estradiol levels are all good. My cycle average is 40 days, which is consistent. I am not bleeding right now but should be expecting it in 1.5 to 2 weeks. I am also awaiting testosterone results. Do you think any weight loss drugs would be good for me since this hormonal issue caused me to gain 20 lbs, bringing my BMI to 32?

I’m having left breast pain during my period. The pain comes and goes, started more than a week ago, and is still present on the second day of my period. My left breast is also slightly bigger than the right. What could be causing this and do I need a check-up or any tests?
