My FSH is 1.1 and my LH is 7.5. I am concerned about these levels and want to check for PCOS. My insulin, blood sugar, and estradiol levels are all good. My cycle average is 40 days, which is consistent. I am not bleeding right now but should be expecting it in 1.5 to 2 weeks. I am also awaiting testosterone results. Do you think any weight loss drugs would be good for me since this hormonal issue caused me to gain 20 lbs, bringing my BMI to 32?

I have Lichen Sclerosus (LS) and Type 1 Diabetes. Every month, I experience more LS symptoms and higher blood sugar values before my period. I recently switched back to a stronger steroid after using a weaker one, which may have caused a flare. My gynecologist recommended the Mini Pill Cerazette to help with fluctuating hormones and reduce periods, but I'm concerned about side effects like acne and low libido. Is it possible that LS can progress or is it just stronger at times? Will Cerazette help with LS symptoms, and is it usually well-tolerated?
