I have noticed that my menstrual cycle has become irregular over the past few months, varying from 30 to 47 days. I used to have a consistent 28-day cycle, but after having a miscarriage, two abortions, and having an IUD inserted and removed, my cycle has changed. I am concerned about this change and would like to know if there is something wrong or why this might be happening. I am currently 19 years old and have a generally good health history.
