I had a hysterectomy on January 10th, 2020, and I keep spotting blood, sometimes pink but mostly brown, with some small clots. My doctor says it's weird and didn't want to do any other tests, sending me to a GI doctor instead due to blood in my poop and pee. My GI doctor found my colon to be fine but took a biopsy. My bleeding happens every 2 weeks for about 4 days, I can barely eat, and I am either constipated or having diarrhea, losing about 2 pounds a week. I am 35 years old, had a hysterectomy, and have a history of endometriosis. What could be causing this bleeding, and should I be concerned?

I have been on my period since early December 2009, bleeding through a super plus tampon every two hours consistently. My OB has done blood tests, an ultrasound, a biopsy, a pelvic exam, and given me birth control pills and hormones to try and stop it, but all tests were normal and no cancer was found.
