I noticed a small lump in my armpit right before a hormonal change. I was on birth control and was advised to stop it for a month and retake it. The lump feels soft and doesn't bother. It's been two weeks after I've taken the birth control pill again. Should I wait longer and see if it goes away or see a doctor about it?

I’ve gotten an STD test, Pap smear, ultrasound, and an HPV test done. Everything came out good, but I still don’t feel okay. I'm 22 years old and have some discharge, but not much. It feels really tight down there, and it looks swollen and just not right. I tested positive for chlamydia a couple of months ago and took treatment, which came back negative. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do?
