I have had my tubes tied for 13 years and am one month late on my period with severe cramps, heavy bleeding, headaches, side pains, and back pains. What could be causing these symptoms and what should I do?

I am 32 years old and 7 weeks pregnant. I experienced light bleeding and a bloody nose this morning, which is the first time since getting a positive test result. The bleeding was light and pink, and there are no cramps or other symptoms. Is this normal, and what should I do?

My period is currently 6 days late. I’ve been having all the normal PMS symptoms but no bleeding. I had intercourse in the beginning of February, but had a period in March. Is there a chance I could be pregnant? I have been told I could have endometriosis by my PCP, but never got a laparoscopy done. My periods used to be very irregular, and I took birth control pills for a few years but stopped taking them in July of 2021. I have been pretty stressed with a new job, lost about 25 lbs in the past 6 months, and have been drinking an energy drink every day for the past month. My last period started March 2nd, and I had intercourse on March 26th using the pullout method.

I am 60 years old and have been under a lot of stress this past week due to my brother's car accident. For the past 3 days, I've noticed a little bit of pinkish spotting when I wipe. I have an appointment with a gynecologist in two weeks, but I'm very nervous because when I googled it, cancer came up. I had an abnormal pap smear 8 months ago, but further testing showed everything was okay. I don't have cancer. Are there any other medical details I should provide?
