My period is currently 6 days late. I’ve been having all the normal PMS symptoms but no bleeding. I had intercourse in the beginning of February, but had a period in March. Is there a chance I could be pregnant? I have been told I could have endometriosis by my PCP, but never got a laparoscopy done. My periods used to be very irregular, and I took birth control pills for a few years but stopped taking them in July of 2021. I have been pretty stressed with a new job, lost about 25 lbs in the past 6 months, and have been drinking an energy drink every day for the past month. My last period started March 2nd, and I had intercourse on March 26th using the pullout method.

I am 60 years old and have been under a lot of stress this past week due to my brother's car accident. For the past 3 days, I've noticed a little bit of pinkish spotting when I wipe. I have an appointment with a gynecologist in two weeks, but I'm very nervous because when I googled it, cancer came up. I had an abnormal pap smear 8 months ago, but further testing showed everything was okay. I don't have cancer. Are there any other medical details I should provide?

I have a weird rash/scarring near my vaginal opening. It stings a lot and is very itchy. I’ve tried using hydrocortisone, but it hasn’t helped. What could this be and how can I treat it?

Where can I go to test my hormones and also to get an ultrasound to test for ovarian cysts?

I had an ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound that showed a markedly fluid-filled and distended endometrial cavity, possibly due to cervical stenosis or other etiologies, and uterine fibroids. I am scheduled for an MRI and a GYN appointment. What could be causing the fluid, and what are the treatment options?
