After having sex, I always bleed, and this time it was quite a bit with severe cramping lasting for about 2 days. I do not have a period anymore due to an IUD, but this happens every time. I am 24 years old, taking Vyvanse, Hydroxyzine, and Wellbutrin, and have a history of ovarian cysts and genital herpes (managed with Valacyclovir). Should I be worried about this, and what should I do?

I'm about 5 weeks pregnant and haven't seen an OB/GYN yet. Starting yesterday, I've had severe muscle cramps or spasms in the vaginal area. My menstrual cramps are always severe, but this type of cramping is new. I'm currently using Ondansetron for nausea, Aimovig for chronic migraines, and Topiramate for GERD and hiatal hernia. I had a small amount of spotting about 20 minutes ago. Should I be worried about the pain inside below my cervix when I pee?
