asked

I randomly started bleeding and having dull, achy pain in my lower abdomen, just 10 days after my last period. I had a period that lasted 6 days on October 14th. I had sex the night before with my boyfriend, which was quick and caused a small amount of pain. I'm bleeding when I wipe to pee but not enough to be pouring out. I had an ectopic pregnancy last year and lost an ovary due to emergency surgery. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have been experiencing a recurring discharge with a certain smell since May 2019, which often returns after intercourse. The discharge can be white or yellow and is accompanied by occasional burning sensation, itching, and swelling. I have never had a pap test or pelvic exam. Should I get checked out, or is there something I can buy at the store to treat myself?
