I have been experiencing intense cramps after sexual intercourse with my partner. The cramps are similar to those I have before my period but are more intense, and they last for 5-7 days. I am also bloated and have constipation during this period. I have a bit of yellowish vaginal discharge with no odor, and the pain is in my lower abdomen. I took a pregnancy test and am not pregnant. What could be causing these symptoms, and what can I do to ease the pain and bloating in the meantime?

I'm having problems with my period. I missed November and December was a very spotting month with cramps. I am always regular but for some reason in November I missed and December I started spotting on and off then started back on Christmas day and haven't stopped since. The spotting has gotten heavy along with cramps. I had a transvaginal ultrasound and they said everything looks fine, but I need to see my GYN. I have a cyst on both ovaries and a fibroid on the outside of my uterus, but inside was clear. What could be causing this and what should I do?
