I recently tested positive for HSV-2 IgG with a level of 1.23. I am experiencing tingling, redness, and stinging sensations in my vaginal area, thighs, and buttocks, which have persisted for almost four weeks. I have systemic Lupus and Sjögren's disease. My partner also tested positive for HSV-2 IgM and IgG, but neither of us has had an outbreak. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do?

I missed taking my birth control pills for two days, but took them immediately once I realized. I don't want to take Plan B. Am I still protected, and can I continue taking my pills responsibly for the next 7 days?

Is my vaginal discharge normal, and what should I do if it's not? I haven't had sex but I masturbate sometimes, and my discharge is white. I sometimes feel itching but no burning. I'm concerned because my discharge looks different at times, and my vagina is red and swollen.

I’m experiencing vaginal pain and discomfort, along with sores from ingrown hairs, vaginal tearing during sex, nerve pain in the buttocks and legs, and a boil. I’m concerned because I’ve been tested and everything came back negative, but I’m still worried about herpes. What could be causing these symptoms?

Why would spotting in the middle of a cycle only start in my mid-20's, happening 4 cycles in a row now? Is there something wrong possibly?

I am taking Necon .5/35 birth control pills and consistently take them at 1 pm. Today, I took my pill 45 minutes late and had sex relying on the birth control as my contraceptive method. I also want to understand the difference between combination hormone pills and progestin-only pills, and why the directions say to take the pill at the same time each day if it's not strictly necessary.
