I have had a vaginal rash for over 2 months. It's outside and not in the vagina, and I am not sexually active. I have tried hypoallergenic soaps and sensitive skin soaps recommended by gynecologists. The rash is stable but itches and can bleed if I scratch it. It's a little swollen and has small bumps around hair follicles. I've tried shaving and applying hydrocortisone cream, which seemed to make it last longer. Is there anything else I can do to treat this rash?

I just got my period again, about 10 days after my last cycle. I am not using any contraceptives or medications, I am 19 years old, and I have no significant medical history. This is the first time I've experienced this. I started bleeding lightly yesterday afternoon, which has become heavier today. I don't have any unusual symptoms like genital redness/sores/bumps, urinary symptoms, unusual odor, or unusual cramps. I am sexually active with multiple partners in the past few months. My last pregnancy test was negative, and my last STD screening in July was also negative. How can this be explained, and what should I do next?
