I have been experiencing discharge and discomfort for about a week. I had a UTI and was given antibiotics, but now I have a creamy discharge with slight burning and soreness, no odor, and my vaginal area looks irritated. My periods are irregular as I don't take the last row of my birth control pills. I was diagnosed with urea plasma a while back and am not currently sexually active. I have a persistent fishy smell for about a month and a half, but I don't experience itching or burning when I pee. I'm not using any medications, I'm 18 years old, and I tested positive for herpes but haven't had a breakout in a couple of months. I've had other STDs as well but have been treated.
