I have been experiencing discharge and discomfort for about a week. I had a UTI and was given antibiotics, but now I have a creamy discharge with slight burning and soreness, no odor, and my vaginal area looks irritated. My periods are irregular as I don't take the last row of my birth control pills. I was diagnosed with urea plasma a while back and am not currently sexually active. What could be causing this and what should I do?

I have a persistent fishy smell for about a month and a half, but I don't experience itching or burning when I pee. I'm not using any medications, I'm 18 years old, and I tested positive for herpes but haven't had a breakout in a couple of months. I've had other STDs as well but have been treated. I got my period twice this month. My last period was 15 days ago. This irregularity is new to me. I have fibroids and have had an IUD for five years, which is for seven years. My cycles are usually regular, and I have mild cramping but no nausea, fever, heavy bleeding, or blood clots. I have not taken any medications or treatments for this issue, and it is the first time it has happened. Should I be concerned about cervical cancer?

I started spotting on the 3rd of this month, which was very light and pink, and it stopped on the 6th. This is unusual for me as I usually have my period around these days, but this was far from a period. Could I possibly be pregnant? My last real period was from May 6th to 9th, and I've never spotted before this month. I've been experiencing a little stomach pain, constipation, and some discharge. I have a history of being pregnant three times, with two miscarriages and one birth. Me and my husband don't use any protection, and I'm not on any birth control. I took several pregnancy tests, and while I believe I saw a faint line, a digital test said I'm not pregnant.
