I got a positive pregnancy test result but after an hour the line disappeared. I have pregnancy symptoms and my period is late. Should I go see a doctor right away or wait another week and retest?

I started spotting on the 3rd of this month, which was very light and pink, and it stopped on the 6th. This is unusual for me as I usually have my period around these days, but this was far from a period. Could I possibly be pregnant? My last real period was from May 6th to 9th, and I've never spotted before this month. I've been experiencing a little stomach pain, constipation, and some discharge. I have a history of being pregnant three times, with two miscarriages and one birth. Me and my husband don't use any protection, and I'm not on any birth control. I took several pregnancy tests, and while I believe I saw a faint line, a digital test said I'm not pregnant.

I have been experiencing pregnancy symptoms for about 2 months, but my pregnancy test is negative. My estradiol level is 244 pg/mL. I am 48 years old and recently stopped hormone replacement therapy (HRT) which included testosterone, estrogen, and progesterone. Could my symptoms be related to the HRT or are they due to perimenopause?
