I started spotting on the 3rd of this month, which was very light and pink, and it stopped on the 6th. This is unusual for me as I usually have my period around these days, but this was far from a period. Could I possibly be pregnant? My last real period was from May 6th to 9th, and I've never spotted before this month. I've been experiencing a little stomach pain, constipation, and some discharge. I have a history of being pregnant three times, with two miscarriages and one birth. Me and my husband don't use any protection, and I'm not on any birth control. I took several pregnancy tests, and while I believe I saw a faint line, a digital test said I'm not pregnant.

My girlfriend is experiencing symptoms that suggest she might be pregnant. She is 21 years old, had her last period on August 25th, and had unprotected sex for the first time on September 3rd. She took a urine pregnancy test on September 10th, which was negative, but she saw some bleeding in her vagina that day. She has no morning sickness but is experiencing difficulty during urination. I have been experiencing pregnancy symptoms for about 2 months, but my pregnancy test is negative. My estradiol level is 244 pg/mL. I am 48 years old and recently stopped hormone replacement therapy (HRT) which included testosterone, estrogen, and progesterone. Could my symptoms be related to the HRT or are they due to perimenopause?
