I have been experiencing pregnancy symptoms for about 2 months, but my pregnancy test is negative. My estradiol level is 244 pg/mL. I am 48 years old and recently stopped hormone replacement therapy (HRT) which included testosterone, estrogen, and progesterone. Could my symptoms be related to the HRT or are they due to perimenopause?

I'm having severe pain in the right lower part of my abdomen. The pain is constant and started earlier today. It feels ache and crampy, and I have experienced bloating.
