My girlfriend is experiencing symptoms that suggest she might be pregnant. She is 21 years old, had her last period on August 25th, and had unprotected sex for the first time on September 3rd. She took a urine pregnancy test on September 10th, which was negative, but she saw some bleeding in her vagina that day. She has no morning sickness but is experiencing difficulty during urination. What could be causing these symptoms, and what steps should we take to confirm or rule out pregnancy?

I am 48 years old and recently stopped hormone replacement therapy (HRT) which included testosterone, estrogen, and progesterone. Could my symptoms be related to the HRT or are they due to perimenopause?

Additionally, I'm trying to determine the exact week I got pregnant based on an ultrasound reading of 11 weeks and 2 days on May 30th.

I'm having severe pain in the right lower part of my abdomen. The pain is constant and started earlier today. It feels ache and crampy, and I have experienced bloating. I'm a 28-year-old female with a history of intermittent pain for three months, but it worsened today, accompanied by nausea. I've had tests and seen doctors, all of which came back negative. I'm currently taking sertraline, quetiapine, vitamin D, and Symbicort for asthma. What could be causing this pain, and what should I do?
