I started birth control pills on 2/21/2021, the Sunday after my last period which began on 2/13/2021. I had unprotected sex on 3/3 when a condom broke. I took Plan B a few hours later but am concerned because I weigh 180 lbs and read that Plan B may not be effective for women over 165 lbs. I am 41 years old and have used birth control pills before. Should I be concerned about pregnancy, and is there anything else I should do or know?

I am 18 weeks and 5 days pregnant. I cleaned a tooth tool with rubbing alcohol and tasted it when I used it. My tongue is slightly numb. Is this a concern for me or the baby?

I have incredibly heavy periods for the first 3 days, soaking a tampon every 30 minutes, with a lot of blood clots and severe aching pain in my thighs and ovaries. I also experience flu-like exhaustion and spotting for 7-10 days after my period. I have had normal results from an ultrasound, blood tests for iron, thyroid, and STI, and my doctor wants to test me for PCOS despite my lack of symptoms. I believe I may have endometriosis due to my symptoms, but my doctor disagrees. What could be causing my symptoms and what further steps should I take?

I am starting IVF at 32 years old with an AMH of 1.37. I had 8 follicles during my first consultation, but on day 2 of my menstrual cycle, I had only 2-3 follicles. The doctor suggested postponing IVF until day 18. Is it common to have such a variation in follicle count between cycles, and is the count too low for IVF?
