I started spotting this morning and I don't know if it's implantation bleeding or if I'm just spotting. My spotting has been stable so far, I'm not using any medications other than birth control, I'm 22 years old, and I don't have any additional medical history that the doctor should know about. I recently switched from Natazia (Estradiol valerate-dienogest) to the NuvaRing for the first time and inserted it according to my pill pack schedule. I removed it after three weeks, but it's now Friday and I haven't gotten my period. I'm concerned about possible pregnancy. Additionally, I brought my NuvaRing from New York to Costa Rica and stored it at 78F, which is slightly above the recommended maximum storage temperature of 77F. Should I be concerned about the effectiveness of the NuvaRing due to this temperature difference?

I have a question about light bleeding after menopause. I'm 56 years old and the bleeding started a few days ago, a day or two after sex. I don't see bleeding in my underwear, but on tissue and when I go to the bathroom. I feel abdominal discomfort and some cramping (almost like a period). I take natural hormones. I noticed abdominal discomfort when I was jogging, and then I saw the bleeding. I haven't gone to the doctor yet.
