I’m 7 weeks pregnant and experiencing cramps and bleeding. The cramps started a few days ago and have been mild but briefly intense today, accompanied by some blood. I have a history of Crohn’s disease, PCOS, interstitial cystitis, and am on medications including Humira, Keppra, Trileptal, Dexilant, Xyzal, and Trazadone. What should I do?

I have a question about light bleeding after menopause. I'm 56 years old and the bleeding started a few days ago, a day or two after sex. I don't see bleeding in my underwear, but on tissue and when I go to the bathroom. I feel abdominal discomfort and some cramping (almost like a period). I take natural hormones. I noticed abdominal discomfort when I was jogging, and then I saw the bleeding. I haven't gone to the doctor yet.

I haven’t had a period in 3 months and keep testing negative with home pregnancy tests and even tested negative with a blood test at the ER. What could be the problem?

I have been bleeding over 250 mls a day for 4 days. Should I go to the ER? I'm on norethindrone and tranexenic acid with no slowing down. I use a menstrual cup- 30 mls every 2-4 hours. Clots about the size of ping pong balls. Cramping so bad I can hardly get out of bed. I have endometriosis, and this is the second time I've had such heavy bleeding.

I am currently ovulating but woke up bleeding this morning. The bleeding was a little bit yesterday but this morning there was a tiny clot and a little blood. I am 34 years old and not taking any medication. I had a miscarriage in June of this year. This is the first time this has happened, and I have very mild cramps. I have been trying to get pregnant and have been monitoring my ovulation closely. This cycle was different with a rapid onset LH spike and it was extremely high. What could be causing this bleeding and should I be concerned?

I am 33 years old and have been trying to get pregnant since May. My periods were very normal before, but now they have become irregular. I had spotting and bleeding after stopping progesterone, and my doctor prescribed an endometrial biopsy (EMB) procedure. I had an ultrasound that showed cysts on both ovaries, with the right one being larger. I am now bleeding again and wondering if it could be implantation bleeding or withdrawal from the progesterone. Is this much bleeding normal? Should I get more progesterone pills? Should I proceed with the EMB? Could it be implantation?
