I stopped taking birth control last May and haven't had a period since June. I'm 23 years old, not using any medications, and I'm generally healthy and active. I had low iron in the past and had cystic acne two years ago. I was using Cyclen and then Yaz, and had unprotected sex only a handful of times with the same partner, who I've been checked for STDs with, which were negative. What could be causing my missed periods and what can I do to address it?

I was prescribed 0.35 mg of Norethindrone. I just started a period that was supposed to arrive three weeks ago. How many of these per day should I take to stop my period for 5 days? Or is this a possibility?

I'm five weeks pregnant through IVF and have been experiencing pinkish spotting for three days, followed by fresh blood after coughing, which soaked half a pad but was not heavy like a period. I'm using Endometrin 100mg twice daily, Progesterone oil 1ml daily, aspirin, estrogen tablets twice daily, and a patch. I have asthma and no other medical history. What could be causing this bleeding, and what should I do?
