I stopped taking birth control pills (BCP) five months ago, and my menstrual cycle has been getting longer each month. My cycles used to be 30 days when I was on BCP, but now they are ranging from 32 to 36 days and counting. I am experiencing PMS symptoms like mild cramping and breast tenderness. I am not pregnant, and I am not trying to conceive. Is it normal for my cycle length to increase, and should I be concerned about this change?

I had an IUI done on February 17 and found out I am pregnant on March 1. However, two days after the IUI, I had intimate contact with a guy friend where he was close to my vagina but not inside, and he had precum. Could I be pregnant from his precum, or is it more likely from the IUI?

I had an IUD from 2014 to November 2017. My periods were 7 days long before and after the IUD, but this period lasted only 3.5 to 4 days. I took multiple pregnancy tests before and after the IUD removal, all negative. I have frequent urination and nausea for about a week now. My last period started on 3/28 and lasted until 4/1. I have been having unprotected sex since the IUD removal and am surprised I am not pregnant. What could be causing these symptoms, and why am I not getting pregnant?

I am 51 years old and my period has become erratic over the past year. I had a period on November 4th, skipped December, and then had a shorter, lighter period on January 5th. I got my period again on January 25th and am still bleeding. I had my annual exam and pap smear in July, and everything was fine. I am not using any contraceptives, and the bleeding has been stable, not soaking through a pad per hour. I do not have a family history of uterine, ovarian, or bladder cancer. What could be causing this irregular bleeding, and is it normal during perimenopause?

I am currently on birth control Larin Fe 1/20 and have been on it for a little over 3 months. On the second to last active pill of my 3rd pack, I forgot to take it so I doubled up the next day as instructed. Was I still protected against pregnancy, especially since the missed pill was close to my placebo pills/break pills?
