I tested positive for pregnancy multiple times, but I am experiencing light bleeding that is not a full flow. What could this be?

This month, I got my period on November 1, which was regular, but on November 19, I had another period for two heavy days, followed by continuous spotting since then. I am usually regular with one period a month and no spotting. I am 38 years old, my tubes have been tied for the past 7 years, and I have had the same sexual partner since my last Pap test in December 2021, where I was treated for chlamydia, which was confirmed to be resolved in April. What could be causing this irregularity?

I had a full laparoscopic hysterectomy in July 2022 due to endometrial cancer, diagnosed as Stage 1A, Grade 1. I had a 6-week check-up in August, which showed no issues. I also had a pelvic ultrasound and a transvaginal ultrasound in October, both clear. However, I experienced light spotting tonight, five months after surgery. Could this be a sign of recurrence?

I had an IUD implanted around the end of August this year and I've noticed that after I have sex, I slightly bleed the next day. Is this because of the implant? I've been irregularly bleeding ever since I got the IUD but it has become lighter and lighter. Every time I have sex, I lightly bleed after. I'm 19 and not taking any medications. I had Nexaplon last year but it was taken out before I got the IUD.

Hello. I recently got off of antibiotics for an oral surgery. Few days later I get what I think is a yeast infection. I tried a yeast infection medicine but it seemed to make it worse. My clitoris seems to be swollen in one area as well as very red. And my vagina opening also hurts. There are no visible bumps, I think I have torn the skin from itching it in my sleep. Has the yeast infection been constant or getting worse over time? About how large is the affected area? Is your skin painful or tender? Are you using any medications besides the antibiotics? How old are you? Anything else in your medical history you think the Doctor should know?
