I am experiencing unusual vaginal discharge and odor. The discharge started in mid-December and has worsened recently. It is white, runny, and thin. My period is regular, starting on February 4 and ending on February 11. I have a history of a LEEP procedure for abnormal cells and a diagnosis of HPV about 9-10 years ago. I am currently taking Zyrtec and Prozac. Is there a strong fishy odor? Yes, it started off fishy but has a different smell now. Do you get a pain/burning sensation with urination? No. Do you have vaginal itching/swelling/soreness? No.

I've been taking birth control pills regularly for over a year, but I randomly started heavily bleeding in the middle of my pack and it's been going on for two weeks. I am sexually active with one partner, have no unusual odor, redness, bumps, or sores, but I have been having bad cramps. My last Pap smear was a year ago and it was normal. I was tested for STDs and pregnancy last week, both of which came back negative. I never miss a pill, but if it's delayed, it's only by an hour or two at most. What could be causing this heavy bleeding, and what should I do?
