I've been taking birth control pills regularly for over a year, but I randomly started heavily bleeding in the middle of my pack and it's been going on for two weeks. I am sexually active with one partner, have no unusual odor, redness, bumps, or sores, but I have been having bad cramps. My last Pap smear was a year ago and it was normal. I was tested for STDs and pregnancy last week, both of which came back negative. I never miss a pill, but if it's delayed, it's only by an hour or two at most. What could be causing this heavy bleeding, and what should I do?

I am 31 years old and 28 weeks pregnant. My baby is very low, and the heart rate is racing over 200 on the monitor, with lots of kicking. I also have consistent, achey pain in my lower left abdomen and diarrhea this morning. Should I be concerned?

I am 20 years old and have noticed a little blood coming out of my vagina, but I'm not on my period. My last period was from September 16-19, and I have a history of irregular periods. I took Plan B on June 4th, 2021, and I am sexually active but use protection. What could be causing this bleeding, and should I be concerned about pregnancy?

I am 23 years old and have been experiencing pregnancy symptoms for 3 weeks. I took a Clearblue pregnancy test last week which was negative, but took another one this evening which was positive. I have bipolar and am on psych meds including Wellbutrin, Vyvanse, Prozac, and Buspar. My last period was this week and lasted only 2 days instead of my usual 5-6 days. I had unprotected sex 3 weeks ago but it was brief and he didn't fully penetrate. What could be causing these symptoms, and is there a deeper issue?

I haven’t had my periods in 2 months. I’m not using any contraceptives or medications, and my last period began on March 3, 2021. I’m 20 years old and have no significant medical history. Could stress be a reason for my missed periods?
