Should I go to the doctor even if I haven’t missed my period yet to get tested for pregnancy? Or should I wait? I had unprotected sex one time and the partner did not ejaculate. I took a home pregnancy test that initially showed positive but then showed negative results. I am on Zoloft, Amox, and Montelukast, and I am 22 years old.

I am 6 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing mild to moderate cramping several times a day for at least an hour since week 4. The cramping has been constant and more frequent in the last few days. I have no bleeding, unusual discharge, blood clots, fever, or dizziness, but I do have frequent back pain and mild nausea with one episode of vomiting. What could be causing the cramping and should I be concerned?
