I am 6 weeks pregnant and have been experiencing mild to moderate cramping several times a day for at least an hour since week 4. The cramping has been constant and more frequent in the last few days. I have no bleeding, unusual discharge, blood clots, fever, or dizziness, but I do have frequent back pain and mild nausea with one episode of vomiting. What could be causing the cramping and should I be concerned?

I am 20 years old with autonomic neuropathy issues due to Amyloidosis TTR. I have bladder dysfunction and dysautonomia affecting muscle contractions. I've had irregular periods since age 9, with symptoms like stuck periods, brown blood, a pregnant-like belly, contractions, and pain. An ultrasound showed an echogenic endometrium, a well-defined interface with the myometrium, and an Anteverted Anteflexed Uterus. Could these gynecological issues be related to my underlying condition?

I just noticed a lump within the skin, not on top of it, probably the size of a large pea, in the crease of my leg/hip, but lower than the lymph nodes. It’s somewhat sore, and I do shave. I am not on any medication and I am 21 years old. What could this lump be and what should I do about it?

Why is my erection not hard during sex? I was sick a few days ago with just a cold, and this is the first time this has happened to me. Before the sex, I took a shot of alcohol. Could the alcohol be the problem? I also take sleeping pills. Could that be a factor?
