I have never taken any contraception, my last period began on 12/20, and I possibly conceived on 1/10. I started spotting early this morning around 2am. I have been on the lowest dose of tirzepatide for 4 weeks, with the last dose on 1/08. I am 32 years old. I took a pregnancy test, which was negative.
