I am 20 years old with autonomic neuropathy issues due to Amyloidosis TTR. I have bladder dysfunction and dysautonomia affecting muscle contractions. I've had irregular periods since age 9, with symptoms like stuck periods, brown blood, a pregnant-like belly, contractions, and pain. An ultrasound showed an echogenic endometrium, a well-defined interface with the myometrium, and an Anteverted Anteflexed Uterus. Could these gynecological issues be related to my underlying condition?

Why is my erection not hard during sex? I was sick a few days ago with just a cold, and this is the first time this has happened to me. Before the sex, I took a shot of alcohol. Could the alcohol be the problem? I also take sleeping pills. Could that be a factor?

I am 18 years old and recently experienced blood in my urine and pain during urination, which resolved with cranberry juice and water. What could be causing these symptoms, and what should I do?
