I have PCOS and have been on metformin, but recently missed doses due to stress and was diagnosed with a bladder infection. After starting antibiotics (keflex) and then stopping them, I began spotting and experienced lower abdominal discomfort. Tonight, I passed a large blood clot and started bleeding heavily like a regular period. Could antibiotics or being off and on with the metformin trigger this reaction, and is passing a blood clot concerning?

I started taking probiotics and felt terrible, experiencing bloating, constipation, and a mild burning sensation when peeing, which I suspect might be a UTI. I've had UTIs before and used Uqora and antibiotics. Now, I'm unsure if I have a UTI or if these symptoms are related to the probiotics. How can I know if I have a UTI, and is there anything I can do to help without taking more antibiotics?

My husband and I have been trying to conceive. It's been 9 days since we had intercourse around ovulation. This morning, I woke up with stomach aches on the left side, and later experienced heavy bleeding similar to a period, along with sore cramps. I've also been spotting for the last week. Are these signs of an early miscarriage, or am I overreacting?

I've been experiencing green-colored discharge for a week now, along with spotting. The discharge is constant and sticky, with no noticeable odor. My last period started on February 18 and ended on February 21, and it comes regularly. I am sexually active, and I only have mild pain during urination. My partner and I do not use condoms, and he withdraws before ejaculation. What could be causing this, and what should I do?
