I used to have proper blood flow during my periods, but for the past 6-7 months, my blood flow has declined significantly. I'm 26 years old and my periods are now very light, with very little blood discharge on the 3rd day and almost none after the 4th day. What could be causing this and what tests or evaluations should I consider?

Does a lack of estrogen and progesterone cause osteoporosis or osteopenia, which could lead to dry eyes? I started taking small amounts of estrogen and progesterone pills at age 56. How do these hormones affect the thyroid? Is it better to use creams or pills for these hormones?

I am 7 days past a 5-day transfer of my first IVF cycle. My blood test showed lower estrogen levels, and my doctor wants me to start taking estradiol twice a day. I have no significant pregnancy symptoms other than feeling tired and a few cramps/twinges. Is it a bad sign that I may not be pregnant, and if not pregnant, how long before I get my period and can try again?
