I have a hardened lump in my left breast that has grown in size and is becoming more painful. It started small near a mole and has moved towards my areola. The lump is itchy, has a burning feeling, and my whole breast aches, especially after working. I've had it for about a year, but it has worsened in the last couple of months. I'm currently on birth control and have a history of being allergic to penicillin and a recent miscarriage. What could this lump be, and should I seek medical attention?

I have been on the Depo shot for 5 years and have had very minimal periods. Recently, I got a shot that did not hurt at all and now I'm bleeding heavily for over 7 days with clotting. I am 53 years old, have bleeding fibroids, and am scheduled for ablation next month. Should I be concerned about the lack of pain during the shot, and what should I do about the heavy bleeding?

I have almost constant spotting and often bleeding after sex (but no pain). My pap smear done 3 months ago was normal. The spotting has been stable in terms of how much, but seems to be more often. I'm 43 years old and the only medication I take is Zoloft. What could be the cause and what should I do?
