My boyfriend has had a vasectomy, and I have only one sexual partner. My last period was from February 8-12, and there have been no recent changes in stress or weight. I've noticed slight weight gain and changes in my leg hair texture, but no acne issues or hair loss. What could be causing these symptoms, and what tests or examinations should I undergo?

I have stress urinary incontinence (SUI) and am concerned about potential leakage during a CT scan and a pelvic ultrasound. Can I wear protection, such as a diaper, during these scans to prevent any discomfort or embarrassment for the technicians?

I had vaginal bleeding for a while and was given antibiotics and birth control pills to stop the bleeding. I bled continuously while on the pills but stopped when I stopped taking them. Two weeks later, I'm bleeding again. I also have an IUD (Mirena) for a couple of years. What could be causing the bleeding and what should I do?

I just found out I was pregnant last week. For the past 4 nights, I have woken up with pain in my left arm, feeling like a burning sensation. I'm not sure how far along I am because my last period date isn't correct. My hCG levels have been checked and have increased from 118 to 516. I'm also experiencing back pain, hip pain, and some pelvic pain. Is this normal, and what should I do about the arm pain?
