I'm not sure how far into my pregnancy I am, maybe a little over a month or two, and I'm bleeding and cramping. My last period was in December, and it comes somewhat regularly around the 15th each month. I haven't had cramps since becoming pregnant. What could be causing this, and what should I do?

I have had a rash on my bottom for a while now, which has spread to my vagina. It is red, itchy, and I have a pale yellow sticky discharge. After sex, I felt a bad burning sensation that lasted about 30 minutes. I also have tenderness on my urethra and swelling on one side of my labia, which is uncomfortable. Could this be caused by a yeast infection or a side effect of the Monistat medication I took, or is it something else?

I have very bad pain in my vagina that stings and is accompanied by lots of discharge. The pain started on Monday and has been constant since then. The pain is sharp and stings. I used to have a vaginal infection two years ago, but it stopped. This Monday, everything went bad again and is worse than before. What could be causing this pain, and what should I do?

I have a uterus measuring 20.2x9.0x13.7cm with multiple fibroids, the largest being 8.7x6.3x7.2cm and containing a small area of central necrosis. The endometrium and ovaries are not well visualized. Can I get pregnant with these fibroids, and should they be removed before trying to conceive?
