Can you tell me if I am pregnant?

I am 5 weeks pregnant and had a little bleeding earlier today that presented in the toilet after I used the restroom, along with mild cramps that come and go. I take vitamins, cetritizine, and a probiotic, and I exercise frequently. I had an abortion about 10 years ago and have recurrent BV. Should I be concerned about the bleeding and cramps, and what should I do next?

I have sudden and constant sharp right lower pelvic pain that started recently and is tender to touch. The pain worsens when walking or laying down, and I have experienced similar pain during/after intercourse about 4 months ago. I am 23 years old and have no other medical conditions. What could be causing this pain and what should I do?

I have HSV-2 and my husband also has HSV-2. We want to have another child, but I'm concerned about the transmission of the virus during pregnancy and delivery. I had a vaginal delivery with my first child, who is now five years old and healthy, but I didn't know I had herpes at that time. Should I be on suppressive therapy for herpes, and should my daughter be tested for herpes given that she didn't show any symptoms?

I am 4 days late for my period, have taken 4 negative pregnancy tests, and my period is usually regular. I am using condoms and taking vitamin D3 tablets. Should I be concerned, and when should I see an OB/GYN?
