I've been experiencing yellowish discharge and a weird odor from my vagina for about 3 weeks, which has been constant. The discharge is of moderate consistency, not too thick or too liquidy. My periods are regular, and I had my last period 29 days ago, starting a new cycle today. I've only had oral sex with one partner in the past 3 months, and I don't have any unusual cramps, itchiness, or other symptoms. I've never had an STD screen or been diagnosed with an STD. I had unprotected sex with someone who has a latex allergy and engages in multiple sexual partners. I started PEP medication within 72 hours of the encounter. I have various symptoms such as chills, headache, runny nose, cold/cough, sore throat, weakness, stomach aches, joint and back pain, and weight loss. I am concerned about the side effects of PEP medication and the possibility of HIV transmission. What should I do next, and what symptoms should alarm me to seek immediate help?

I am 6.5 weeks pregnant and experienced minimal light pink discharge after external masturbation. I also have a cyst on my cervix from a previous pregnancy and miscarriage. Is this cause for concern, and could the contractions from orgasm be related to the discharge?
