I've been having abnormal discharges for a week, which is on and off. I'm 21 years old and took doxycycline. The discharge is brownish yellow with an odd smell. I thought it was a yeast infection, treated it with cranberry, but it came back. What could be the cause and what should I do?

I have been dealing with persistent vaginal and butt itching, mild urinary symptoms, and occasional vaginal and butt pain for almost two years, despite treatment for yeast infections, group B strep, and UTIs. I have been diagnosed with PID and have a cyst on my ovary, but the cause of my symptoms remains unclear. I am diabetic and have had trace blood, glucose, high squamous cells, and high protein in my urine. What could be causing my symptoms and what further tests or treatments should I consider?

I haven't had my period in almost 3 months, which is the longest gap I've ever had. I'm not using any contraceptives and I'm trying to conceive, but all 20 pregnancy tests have been negative. My last period began on February 24th. My last pap test was in September 2019 with no unusual results. I typically have periods every other month.
