I live between Canada and the US and use Junel Fe 1/20 birth control. What is the Canadian equivalent, and what other birth control options might be better for my acne without causing mood swings or depression?

I had a transvaginal ultrasound that showed a suspected endometrial polyp of 1.9x1.4x2cm and an enlarged uterus of 7.5x7.8x4.3cm. Last year, I had a hysteroscopy to remove a 2.5cm polyp, and the uterus was normal at 7.5x3.1x4.6cm. My endometrium thickness is still 2mm, with no fluid and normal ovaries. Should I be concerned about the enlarged uterus measurement, and what are the risks associated with recurrent polyps, especially given my family history of uterine cancer?

I’m 2 months pregnant and I have small blood clots when I wipe after peeing. I haven't had a first-trimester ultrasound or any tests yet. I’m taking medication for a UTI and prenatal vitamins once a day. I walk around the house a lot but no serious exercise. I’m anemic and had a miscarriage almost 4 years ago. I recently tested positive for syphilis, and my partner of 15 years, who was negative and admitted to being unfaithful, also tested negative. I was diagnosed with HPV in 2016, and he was also negative then. I haven't been with any other partners but him. How is it possible that I'm positive for two different STDs while he was negative both times, and admitted to being unfaithful more than once? Additionally, I work as a CNA in a nursing home. Could I have contracted syphilis through my work environment?
