I was told by a clinic that I would not be able to take the abortion pill and pass it off as a spontaneous miscarriage to my obgyn and husband. Would my obgyn be able to tell within 24 hours after bleeding starts if I follow up with him?

I am 27 years old with a 7-month-old baby. My last period was on September 6th, and I missed my next period in the first week of October. I took a home pregnancy test which was positive. I then took Cytotec (4 tablets orally and 2 vaginally, followed by 3 tablets orally 3 hours later), which resulted in spotting and bleeding for 5 days. I had a transvaginal ultrasound and found an embryonic sac without a pulse. I am now 6 weeks pregnant. How can I end this pregnancy, and if I decide to continue, will the Cytotec I took affect the baby? Is it teratogenic or can it cause birth defects?

I need a referral for sexual transmission infections analysis. I’ve been experiencing a bad smell in my vagina and some discharge. The discharge is more transparent than white and a bit sticky. I also have a history of vaginal herpes and take valaciclovir 500 mg daily.

I have upper right quadrant pain and pelvic swelling. Could the upper right quadrant pain be a complication of PID? I am 22 years old, had a pap test in December, and was diagnosed with Chlamydia on 6/11/20. My blood work and urinalysis came back normal. What should I do?

In the last few weeks, I noticed one of my nipples has started to retract and looks like a slit. I have a mammogram scheduled but am worried. I am 53 and have never had any breast problems. I feel no bumps in my breast but am scared that it could be breast cancer.
