I was told by my doctor that my one ovary doesn’t get enough blood flow and doesn’t work, causing me constant pain. I'm 20 years old and wondering if there's a way to fix it or remove it, and if removing it would affect my chances of having kids or cause other issues.

I'm not pregnant and haven't been pregnant, but over the past few years, my breasts have been growing faster than I can keep up with, regardless of weight changes. I'm not using contraceptives, my last period was almost a month ago, and I'm not sexually active. I haven't had a pap test in a few years, but there are no unusual symptoms. I'm 36, have regular cycles, am 5'3" and very active, eat healthy, and had normal tissue on a mammogram in 2018. My breasts have gone up two cup sizes per year since then, even though my weight has gone down. What could be causing this?

I took Plan B on May 29th and my period is a week late today. Should I be worried? I have used Plan B before, my last period started on May 22nd, and I took Plan B 2 days after unprotected sex. My periods just started to get back on track at the beginning of this year after having my son at the end of 2021. I've been losing weight as I was on Ozempic for a few months. I do not have a hormonal disorder. I took a pregnancy test and it was negative, but I had unprotected sex recently and didn't take Plan B.

I had a surgical abortion almost 3 months ago. I had my first period 5/30 and my next 6/26. I ovulated 6 days after my period last month, but I have not ovulated this month and am concerned. Is it possible I missed my LH surge if I tested at the wrong times? I usually get mittleschmertz cramps and have yet to get those, but my discharge appears to be stretchy, which would indicate ovulation is near. I had spotting the day after my period for about 4 days and a slight 'burning' sensation on my right side around then. I was told this is all hormonal imbalance related and should correct itself. My question is, is there still a chance for ovulation this month if in fact I haven't ovulated yet? I am hoping to conceive again as I've had time to process my emotions and feelings after my regret from the abortion.

I have had Mirena for 2 years and no longer have periods. I recently experienced cramping and noticed light pink discharge, which has now turned light brown. Should I be concerned that my IUD failed again, as it did in the past resulting in a miscarriage?

I got Paraguard inserted in January and have had constant bleeding ever since (6 months). I'm concerned about the prolonged bleeding, which is not heavy but continuous. I had one week without needing liners, but still spotted. The bleeding hasn't been painful, just cramps for the first week after insertion. I'm taking 100 mg of Zoloft and chose Paraguard due to my history of depression, anxiety, PTSD, and an eating disorder, wanting to avoid hormones. My last pap test was over 6 months ago, and the results were good. I'm 20 years old and not currently sexually active. Should I be concerned about anemia due to the prolonged bleeding, and will it eventually stop?
