I had my last menstrual period on April 12, 2013. I had unprotected sex with one man on April 19, 2013, and then with my current boyfriend from April 24 onward. I found out I am 7 weeks and 4 days pregnant. By my calculations, I should have conceived 5 weeks and 4 days ago, around April 30 - May 1. I'm unsure if the April 19 encounter could be the father. What are the odds, and what should I do about it?

I am almost 49 years old and have had irregular periods for over a year. I have experienced spotting at day 37, a very light period a week later, and then dark brown spotting two weeks after that.
