After I pee, I sometimes see blood on the tissue. I also have been experiencing intermittent abdominal pain and bloating. Additionally, I have noticed nausea and changes in my stool. What could these symptoms indicate, and what should I do?

I'm experiencing very painful cramps and have vomited twice today. The cramps come and go several months apart, but this is the worst episode. They usually last a couple of days, with vomiting typically occurring on the first day. I haven't kept track of my last period, but it feels regular. I'm 29 years old and have tried taking Tylenol, but it didn't stay down. I've never had a physical. The cramps are located in the left lower abdomen and range from an 8 to a 10 on the pain scale. I've had more frequent bowel movements today, about 3 or 4 small, formed, soft bowel movements. There is no chance of pregnancy as I haven't had sex in several years, and my periods are irregular, sometimes with no pain or cramping, and sometimes extremely painful like today. I have no appetite and don't feel like eating.

I recently experienced light pink spotting followed by three days of brown discharge. I have never dealt with spotting before and have irregular periods. I also experienced cramping, nausea, and fatigue. My last period was from 05/31/22 to 06/04/2022, and I haven't had any stomach pain, dizziness, or vaginal discharge. I am 21 years old, have had two kids, and took Plan B two weeks ago. What could be causing this and what should I do?
