I recently lost my virginity. We used protection the first time but not the second. I am on birth control pills. After having sex, I noticed I was bleeding and experienced major cramps. The bleeding stopped the day after, but I'm still having cramps three days later. I'm not sure if my cycle started or not. What is going on with me?

I am 8 weeks pregnant and concerned about delivery options. My last labor was very long and resulted in the need for reconstructive surgery and significant pain. I prefer a natural birth but worry about risking the same complications. What are the risks and recommendations for my situation?

I am currently taking Ortho-Tri-Lo and have been for several years. My period is scheduled to come on my wedding day, and I am trying to find out the best/safest way to delay/move my period. I was thinking about taking the first 3 weeks of my pill pack, then getting a new pack and taking the 3rd week blue pills for another week (to delay my period), then take the placebo pills. So I would basically be taking 4 weeks of "active" pills to delay my period one week. Is this the safest way? I read lots of stuff online saying to take 2 full packs (6 weeks of active pills), but I don't feel comfortable with completely skipping my period for a whole 2 months... advice please!!

I have chronic conditions including Lupus, fibromyalgia, and neuropathy. Recently, I've noticed my clitoris spasms, especially after constipation, which is very uncomfortable. I'm on major pain meds and valium. Why does the clitoris spasm like this, and are there any suggestions to alleviate this discomfort?
