I have chronic conditions including Lupus, fibromyalgia, and neuropathy. Recently, I've noticed my clitoris spasms, especially after constipation, which is very uncomfortable. I'm on major pain meds and valium. Why does the clitoris spasm like this, and are there any suggestions to alleviate this discomfort?

I am 9 weeks pregnant and at 6 weeks, an ultrasound measured 5 weeks and some days with a detectable heartbeat. My two Beta HCG tests at 8 weeks and 8 weeks 2 days were 17,000 and 21,113 respectively. My doctor advised termination, stating the pregnancy is not viable and refused further ultrasounds. Is this approach correct?

I was supposed to get my period 4 days ago but it hasn't come. I want to start birth control pills and was told to start on the first day of my period. Since my period is delayed, the doctor said I can start the pill now and skip this period as I will be traveling in 5 days and do not want to have my period then. I took the first pill yesterday. Should I stop taking the pill or continue? Will my period still come since I started the pill just before getting my period?

I had an improperly placed IUD removed one week after an irregular period. Since then, I have experienced light spotting, intermittent bleeding, and symptoms similar to pregnancy such as painfully tender breasts, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, and persistent cramping and bloating. I have taken two home pregnancy tests, both of which were negative. What could be causing these symptoms if I'm not pregnant?
