I have a question regarding my period. My periods have been irregular for the last two months, and I recently had light brown and pink spotting. I had unprotected sex on March 14 and took a Plan B pill the same day. I'm worried if this spotting is implantation spotting and if I could be pregnant.

I used a boric acid suppository about 5 days ago and have been experiencing on and off vaginal bleeding since then. The bleeding is not constant but is extremely heavy for 30 minutes to a few hours and then stops for hours, but then comes back. I am on fluoxetine and quetiapine, I am 18 years old, and I just had my period a little less than two weeks ago. What could be causing this bleeding, and what should I do?

I am experiencing irregular periods that started around 3 months ago, consisting of spotting for 5 days, followed by flow for 3-4 days, and then more spotting for 3-4 days each month. This pattern occurs on the same dates each month. I also have increased anxiety and depression from the fertile window until the flow completes. I am 36 years old, not using any contraceptives, and had a baby in 2020 followed by a miscarriage in 2022. My last period started on March 14th and is still ongoing. I have not experienced any recent changes in stress or weight, but anxiety and depression have increased significantly during this time.
